🛒 Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, select the product and variant you want, choose a quantity, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, open your cart and click Proceed to Checkout. You'll need to be signed in to complete your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. You'll need to create a free account to place an order. This lets you track your orders, view order history, and communicate with our team about your order.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
You can edit your order within a short window after placing it (typically 30 minutes). After that, or once it's been sent to fulfillment, you'll need to contact us to request changes. Reach out via the contact page or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
What is an invite code?
An invite code connects you to a specific partner store when you register. If someone gave you a code, enter it during registration to access their store and pricing. If you don't have one, you can still register and shop at regular retail prices.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No. You can order any quantity of any product with no minimum purchase required.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $20 to anywhere in the United States, regardless of order size. This covers standard shipping with tracking.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days after your order is processed. Processing usually takes 1 business day. Overnight and local pickup options may be available depending on your account tier.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will appear in your account dashboard under your order details. You'll be able to see the carrier and tracking number.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product descriptions or branding visible on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.
Do you offer overnight or express shipping?
Overnight shipping and local pickup are available for eligible account tiers. These options will appear at checkout if your account qualifies.

How do I create an account?
Click Join in the top navigation or go to the registration page. You'll need your name, email address, and a password. If you have an invite code from a partner, enter it during registration.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link that expires in 1 hour. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
How do I update my profile details?
Sign in and click the gear icon next to "My Account" in the header. Select Account Details to update your name, phone number, and shipping address. You can also change your password from there.
How do I switch between dark and light mode?
Click the gear icon next to "My Account" in the header and toggle the theme switch. Your preference is saved automatically and applies across all pages.
How do I view my order history?
Go to My Account (dashboard). Your recent orders are listed with details including items, status, and any messages from our team.
Can I change my email address?
Email changes require assistance from our team. Please contact us with your current email and the new email you'd like to use.

Are your products tested for purity?
Yes. All compounds meet rigorous purity standards of 99%+. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available on request for any product. Contact us if you'd like documentation for a specific compound.
What types of products do you carry?
We carry a wide range of research compounds including peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.), growth hormone peptides, SARMs, oral compounds, hormones, anti-aging peptides, wellness compounds, and research supplies like BAC water and syringes. Are these products for human use?
All products sold by The Peptides Source are for research use only. They are not intended for human consumption or use. By purchasing, you agree that all products will be used exclusively for legitimate research purposes.
How should I store my products?
Most peptides and research compounds should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reconstituted peptides should typically be refrigerated. Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with cold-chain packaging to maintain integrity during transit.
Why can't I see certain products?
Some products are restricted to specific account tiers. If you registered with an invite code, your access level was set at that time. If you believe you should have access to additional products, contact us or speak with the partner who shared your invite code.
A product I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
Stock levels vary by product. Contact us about a specific product and we'll let you know the expected restock timeline. Products marked "Limited" are still available but in low supply.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods depend on how you're ordering. For direct orders, we accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and Apple Pay. If you're ordering through a partner store, your partner will provide their preferred payment methods.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store any payment credentials on our servers. Payments are handled through trusted third-party platforms (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay) which have their own security measures.
When does payment happen?
After you place an order, you'll receive payment instructions based on the available methods. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. Payment details will be shown on your order confirmation page.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Contact us right away with your order number and photos of the issue. We take quality seriously and will work quickly to resolve the problem, whether that means a replacement shipment or other resolution.
My package seems lost. What should I do?
First, check your tracking number in your account dashboard. If the carrier shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it hasn't updated in several days, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate.
How do I contact customer support?
You can reach us through our contact page, via WhatsApp (tap the green button in the bottom-right corner of any page), or by sending a message through your order detail page in your account dashboard.
