1. Research Use Only
Every product we sell is for laboratory, research or analytical use only and is not for human consumption. We do not give medical advice, and we may refuse or cancel any order that appears to be for personal use or that breaks our Terms of Service.
2. Protecting Your Payment
- Card and bank payments are handled by our payment processors on their secure forms. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.
- We will never ask for your password, card number or bank login by email or text.
- For manual payments (such as Zelle), send only to the details shown at checkout or in your order email. If anyone gives you different payment details, stop and contact us first.
3. Protecting Your Account
Use a strong password you do not use anywhere else. If you think someone else has used your account, reset your password and email us right away.
4. Fraud Prevention
We screen orders for signs of fraud and may hold, verify or cancel an order to protect you and us.
5. Report a Concern
To report a scam using our name, a suspicious message, a security issue, or content on this site that worries you, email [email protected]. Include screenshots if you have them. We review every report.
