Law Enforcement Requests

This page is for law enforcement officers and government agencies. Customers with questions about their own information should see our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Approach

We respect our customers' privacy. We disclose customer information to government agencies only when required by valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order or search warrant, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to prevent imminent danger of death or serious physical injury.

3. How to Submit a Request

• Send requests by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Law Enforcement Request".
• Include your name, agency, badge or ID number, official email address and phone number.
• Attach the legal process and describe the specific records requested, including the account email or order number and the date range.
• Requests must come from an official government email domain.

4. Emergency Requests

For emergencies involving imminent danger of death or serious injury, put "EMERGENCY" in the subject line and explain the nature of the emergency. We review these as quickly as possible.

5. Customer Notice

Unless we are legally prohibited from doing so, or the request is an emergency, we may notify the affected customer before disclosing their information.

6. Preservation Requests

We will preserve records for 90 days on receipt of a valid preservation request while formal legal process is obtained.
